Not suitable for meat
Luckily I bought 2 different food thermometers to accurately melt sugar in the water for my bees. This sokul sucks. I knew the water was about to boil and it started in the 70's and slowly rose where it should have raised the temperature immediately. I then popped my second thermometer into the ThermoPro, it instantly jumped to 190 degrees and went up in seconds. So 2 thumbs down on Soqool!
