Fits perfectly on my Concept2 model D rowing machine. I like that it's very thin so it doesn't change the mechanics of the rowing movement. Makes a HUGE difference to those "sitting" bones and is very stable, hasn't moved yet. I bought a foam pad from Concept2 but didn't like that it had to be glued on or that it was just foam that deteriorated quickly. It's a gel, it has a good coating (not removable) and the pattern is made to stay in place. ergonomically correct "chair". I slapped this little guy and he felt so much better, so double the use for him!
