Review on Tangle Teezer Styler: Achieve Smooth and Detangled Hair with Lilac Gleam Brush by Agata Kowalik ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The product is really good, I'm glad I purchased it.

My hair is of a regular type, it is uncolored, it is thick, and it tangles sporadically but not very often. I've probably been using the comb for maybe about half a year now. The color of mine is black. Experiences gained from use: prior to purchasing this comb, I made do with a low-quality knockoff for approximately a month. To satisfy my own sense of curiosity, I went ahead and purchased it. Moreover, the first assistant did a poor job of detangling my hair, even the parts that were not causing me any issues. When I first started using this initial version, I got rid of the previous version and threw it away. ADVANTAGES OF THE ORIGINAL: 1. there is a covering for it (which means protection from dust and deformation of the bristles) 2. durable plastic (fell many times on the tile) 3. an ergonomically sound form 4. compactness 5. The bristles do not change shape over time or when being used. It works effectively to detangle the hair, but if the hair is extremely tangled, it may take five or six passes over the same spot before the hair is finally free of its knots. CONS: 1. It is inconvenient to wash, and if it is placed under running water, water will flow into the joints, and then it will dry out and become hard, etc. I simply cannot fathom any other method that would be adequate to fully clean it! 2. As time passes, the body of the comb wears down; as a result, it does not have an extremely appealing appearance; however, this does not impact the comb's functionality. 3. Cost (no comment) I give the comb a rating of 5 or 4+ despite the fact that the disadvantages listed above were taken into consideration.

Pros
  • Small, lightweight, and performs effectively when combing hair.
Cons
  • a few scratches on the case, and the cost.
