This product does not meet the standard and the company that sold it is emailing you not to return it. Instead, they just want you to contact them. That's all well and good, but what they don't tell you is that as soon as you write to them, they ask for proof that the product is defective. You will be asked to provide your vehicle's VIN number, detailed photos and a detailed explanation of the problem. With normal use, the wheel rim protection detaches from the tires within a few days. Then when you drive, they completely disengage and roll down the road. Reapplication or repair according to the instructions is irrelevant. They just don't work! They will fix it BUT ONLY AFTER THE TIME YOU RECEIVE A REFUND FROM YOUR SUPPLIER! Regardless of the outcome, it will be too late to apply Revain's normal return policy. So either keep the detailed proof or take advantage of Revain's return policy before it expires.
