The product itself was fine and was delivered quickly; However, when we replaced existing parts, we found that they actually didn't need to be replaced at all. There was a small pebble that made a crunching noise. That being said, I didn't send it back because they wanted to charge $50 for shipping. Honestly if I had noticed beforehand I probably wouldn't have ordered from them.
