I saw the Langria 20 cube organizer on a lightning deal and ordered it to hold all of my yarn. I saw that this was a "wardrobe" version, but also saw pictures where they showed 20 individual cubes. When it arrived it was, in fact a wardrobe version. I realized my mistake and contacted the company. I offered to pay for the 4 additional panels since it was my mistake. They contacted me immediately and said they would send the panels, but it would take some time. I received the panels but they were the wrong size. I contact the company again, letting them know what happened and again offered to pay for the panels. They asked me for pictures, and finally said that they would recommend that the panels be sent to me. I had pretty much given up hope in receiving the correct panels. In fact I installed the smaller panels thinking I would be stuck with no top to my cubes. Then I received the package! 4 elongated panels, that fit perfectly. For the customer service alone I give this product 5 stars. The cubes are sturdy for what I am using them for. The only downside is the lack of any type of closure (magnet or snap) on the doors. They do usually stay closed on their own but not securely. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. And thanks Langria for making sure I got what I needed.
