Review on Facil-ITy by Jason Carranza

It's easy enought that even my mom can use it without any training, or help from me! I have been doing this since 2008 using only Microsoft Access as an interface with no other programs involved. There are some options in there you cannot find anywhere else like "Work Orders" which makes things much easier when running reports etc.; but also very important if one of your customers has issues at their place (and they don't know who did what). All data entries via Excel sheet would be perfect - not just text/number entry; we need images too. But so far everything works fine & seems pretty intuitive once familiarised wth how all functions work together. We're solving problems here by creating custom forms /reports that make our jobs simpler than ever before because now everyone knows exactly where every piece of information is stored.
