Review on RedCappi by Justin Torres

This product is very simple to navigate, you don’t need any training or support from them as they are always available for help if needed. They have an amazing customer service team who will go above & beyond what most companies would do just because of how good this program works! I wish there was more flexibility with templates but all in all great experience thus far. The only thing about redcappa that has been difficult at times is when adding images into emails (the text box does not allow me to add pictures). Maybe make some adjustments? Also sometimes having to delete something to get back up to speed after being away for too long makes sense though its hard to explain why. Emailing my clients directly instead of sending through 3rd party providers helps keep things organized and keeps everything straight without confusion.
