Very User Friendly Platform - Quick Setup

I love how simple this program is to get up an running, plus you have all of your templates in one place! Not many programs are as user friendly or intuitive like redcappa's platform does everything for me at once with no hassle needed from my end whatsoever!! If they would expand more into other platforms such as LinkedIn etc., then i'd definitely give them another look because there truly isn't much competition when talking about social media management tools these days (especially since…

  • The ability yo customize virtually any tool that has been created
  • Great customer support staff
  • Simple interface design nothing complicated so it looks easy peasy even if newb :)
Cons
  • Everything works fast enough but not necessarily incredibly quickly

Great platform- especially helpful during tax season

This product is very simple to navigate, you don’t need any training or support from them as they are always available for help if needed. They have an amazing customer service team who will go above & beyond what most companies would do just because of how good this program works! I wish there was more flexibility with templates but all in all great experience thus far. The only thing about redcappa that has been difficult at times is when adding images into emails (the text box does not allow
