I have bought 2 of these so far. As the cheapest Harmony with a screen (that I'm aware of) they offer the best value for money. So far only two devices have had problems with it, but both work with a slight training period. My main complaint is that the installer counts devices according to your total device limit (7 I think) even if Harmony can't manage them. It's easy to get around this through customization, but I've seen the less savvy consumers reduce their total number of devices significantly because of the way the setup wizard guides users. In my case I have a game console that cannot be controlled via Harmony (no IR sensor). When I set up the Play Game button, it asks for the system name. Surprised I give it (Wii U) and the installer even shows the console image among my other devices. It then warns me that Harmony cannot control the console. So there are 6 managed devices and 1 device unmanaged, but it still counts the unmanaged device in my device limit (which is arbitrary and also easily bypassed, but I digress). This is a minor annoyance that most people can easily avoid, but I think Harmony can easily fix it. But I would buy it again, no problem.
