Similar to the previous review I just used the connector/clamp and didn't have to cut/splice the wires. Followed the steps from the review and it was pretty easy. You basically remove the white plastic piece to access the wire retention clips that hold the end of the wires to the connector. Use a small flat head screwdriver to press down on the retaining clips to remove the wires. Follow the same steps to remove the connectors from the vehicle. Observe the correct cable sequence when removing the connectors from the vehicle. To prevent plastic particles from falling onto the valve cover, use a small bowl to catch the pieces when removing the connector from the vehicle.
