Being an active person and mildly lactose intolerant I was interested in trying this New Zealand milk protein powder. Nutrasumma, a brand name, offered something I haven't used before: bioactive proteins with IDP. The picture on the box was neat and made me think I was drinking milk. The benefits of this supplement as well as the ingredients per serving have been stated on the packaging. In the box were 30 bags; each with a portion. When I opened the bag, the air smelled of milk. The instructions showed many ways to prepare it, so I tried warm, unsweetened vanilla almond milk. The powder dissolved quickly and didn't smack at all. I stirred it with a spoon for 30 seconds and it was done. taste test? I was positively surprised. Although each serving contained 1g of sugar, the elixir was pleasant, neither sweet nor cloying. This supplement is worth adding to my health plan.
