So I'll start with the pros!1. Package arrived on time with instructions and no damage.2. The product works great according to the instructions - you need to connect FM 87.9 I think and then connect your Bluetooth.3 device. I can take calls, use GPS, and most importantly, listen to music wirelessly while driving! Now for the cons and why the product is just under the 5 star rating.1. The max volume is 30 and even with that and increasing the phone and car volume it's still not loud enough unlike when I connected my phone to a cable adapter.2. When static noise is playing in some songs that have a lot of S's in their words, I have to turn down the volume to not interrupt the noise. If the ringer volume is very low, I can barely hear the person on the other line. However, in order not to use cables, especially on long car journeys when I need to use GPS and need background music, I definitely recommend this product.
