I love that it is very intuitive. It has been easy to learn and master. I have not found anything about Platinum CAD that I dislike. There are some features that don't work as well as they could. For example, when you add a vehicle to a call, sometimes the call will not transfer to the vehicle. Other times, it takes a long time for the vehicle to show up in the list of vehicles assigned to the call. As far as customer service goes, I haven't had any issues with them. They are always available via phone or email. If I need help with something, I can usually get someone back within an hour.
