Review on Anbull Voltage Converter Transformer Heavy by Zha Rivera

I used this to run a window air conditioner in a garage that required 230v. AC unit operating power is 1060W. I ordered a 3000W buck/boost converter, installed 110V at the input. It has been working great for a couple of hours every day until now. I heard two loud bangs. I looked back and saw smoke coming out of the block but there was no power. The fuse would not reset and I could no longer turn off the power switch. Needless to say, this is toast and I'm sending it back. I have no idea if the AC unit was damaged. I would avoid this product if you are using something expensive and don't want to risk a fire.
