Great product, a pleasure to use.
If you listen to music, I used it with the iPhone XS Max; however, it took off only when I loaded Sony's proprietary program and synchronized through it; prior to that, it didn't work very well at all. As a result, I switched to AirPods Pro in order to satisfy my need to listen to audiobooks while walking around.
