My husband used this to mix ingredients for a meatloaf that works great with a stainless steel potato masher. This time the meat mixture sticks to the nylon and doesn't mix properly. It is difficult to clean for the same reasons. Also agree with other reviewers that it's HUGE - might not fit in a utensil drawer. I was really hoping this would be a good solution - I wanted a non-stick potato masher for cooking potatoes in a non-stick skillet. But this one seems to have other problems. I will look for it.
