Very easy to assemble. Very hard and strong, unfortunately the neck is too stiff. Sometimes it can't be moved. I suggest loosening and positioning, unfortunately it becomes inconvenient to constantly loosen. That makes a "flexible" neck useless. If you don't pull it off, the clip will most likely break, just like mine. The clamp isn't the same material as the neck, it's cheap plastic. I'll try to find another one that has a really flexible neck because this one definitely doesn't. Great if you plan on leaving it in a fixed position.
