The first one I received, the frame was badly bent on one side so that the board wouldn’t lie flat against the wall. When I requested a return, I was offered the option to receive a new one if I return the old one, so I said yes. I thought maybe just this first one was defective.I received the second one quite quickly, but it looked like the box had been punctured through by perhaps another box. It went all the way through to the board, which led to a dent on its surface (and thus the back of the board is not flat.) I didn’t take out the second board from the box to inspect the frame to see if that was dented like the first one.As these boards are big, it’s quite a pain for me to have to drop them off for return. So save your time, and try another brand.Otherwise, the board looked quite nice and I would have been happy to use it if I didn’t keep receiving defective ones.
