Tougher than the green at my PT
I got the medium green version and it was roughly the same material and size of the one I had been using in physical therapy for my tennis elbow. This one was a tad more difficult to twist (perhaps because it had not been handled by numerous others). Otherwise 5 stars.
- It can help prevent injuries by strengthening the muscles in the hands, wrists, and forearms
- May not be suitable for those with fragile or weak bones
