The Inexpensive Cure for Elbow Tendinitis (Tennis Elbow

I found out about this device from a NY Times article on a startlingly simple and inexpensive treatment for tennis elbow (which I got from another sport, jiu jitsu). You just hold this straight out at arm's length and "wring it" in one direction then the other. Apparently this provides the same therapy to the tendon as quite expensive PT equipment.I bought one of these last year and my wife lost it while in one of her spring cleaning flurries. So I had to buy another one.Works as I had hoped…

This is the exact product you willl see in rehab for brokenl wrist

Like I said I didn't read what the color choices of this product meant. I should have chosen red,but product is very well made. I used the red one in rehab and to do mine at home I wanted to duplicate the motion,but like I said bought wrong color

Tougher than the green at my PT

I got the medium green version and it was roughly the same material and size of the one I had been using in physical therapy for my tennis elbow. This one was a tad more difficult to twist (perhaps because it had not been handled by numerous others). Otherwise 5 stars.

This Item works on my review.

I used to be muscular, then I ran into some medical issues, and wasn't able to go to the gym for years. I started going to occupational therapy last year. But, was discharged unexpectedly. Occupational therapy helped, and since I'm no longer in therapy I'm bringing the therapy to me.

Perfect for wrist strengthening.

Works as well as the one at physical therapy. Good length, it hasn’t weakened with use yet, the thickness is good, and the price is better than most I looked at. I am pleased and will likely get the same brand but up in strength.

a versitile therapy product but they need to include instructions.

I like the various therapy uses for this tool but unless you are taking physical therapy you don't know all the possible uses. There are 4 levels of tension, this yellow one is the lightest.

Perfect for my tennis elbow

This product was exactly what I needed for my tennis elbow, and at a much lower cost than the brand-name item I was told to get. It's been very durable - I've used it daily for months with no breakdown at all. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a generic Flexbar.
