The ability for me as my client's representative/agent of record in this relationship with them (the customer) was that I could easily upload documents via email attachment directly into their system from anywhere at anytime using any device! It solved our problems so quickly we needed almost nothing else other than some minor training once it had been implemented by us all staff members who used different devices daily - even those not familiar how easy they were just got right back up doing what users do best which makes sense now why there are many clients still utilizing these solutions today!! Not much dislike here except maybe sometimes having issues when uploading large attachments but have only encountered very few instances where such has occurred since implementation over 3 years ago? We've saved SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY BY USING THIS SOLUTION TO OUR CUSTOMER BASE ALREADY.
