Background. I've been building personal PCs since the late 90's and have mostly either used the grease pack that came with the heatsink or bought arctic silver tubing. This is the first time I've deviated from this because I've seen it's a new product on Revain and the price is right and I've used a Zalman heatsink in the past. I put this on an old Core 2 Duo build for a friend. Goed pretty smoothly with a razor blade like the ones I always use. I put the stock cooler on and tightened it. The system started stably and worked for a few days in a row to load the OS, updates, etc. No problem. Will use again when I make my own system.
