I bought this grease gun because it has a pistol grip and would be more comfortable to use with one hand. When it arrived I loaded a new grease cartridge into the syringe like I had on several other grease guns and when I released the plunger rod the spring began to push all the grease from the cartridge side of the plunger to the spring side of the plunger. Pistons. (See image) Once this happened it became impossible to pump the grease because the grease was on the wrong side. A lot of lube was wasted at this point trying to scrape the lube off the wrong side of the piston and refill the cartridge. Once again it did the same thing so I used a different grease gun. Very cheap piston design.
