There's a lot to like about this pan. It's light, has goid heat dissipation and is nonstick, at least for now. The handle is comfortable although the screws on the underside heat up faster than expected. It performed very well with eggs, and I'm sure it will with crepes.The problem is the handle itself. If it had been a bit longer or had an extra curve near the body of the pan it would be fine. It the pan were just a little deeper there would be no problem. But it is just too low. If you move from one burner to another or if you simply try to us a back burns per your hand will touch the stove. This is not acceptable. Unsafe for actual kitchen use.
