Where was this item in 2000. It may have been in stock I don't know but what I do know is that this item explains how to remove the fuel filter cap on Ford/Navistar 7.3- liter diesel engines very, very easily. This item is well made and will last forever. If you change your own fuel filters, this is a must. I have no personal experience with Ford 6.0 engines as this tool is also supposed to work but I assume it works fine. Good product!
