Review on 🚀 Efficiency Boost: Kuhn Rikon Duromatic Push-in Si Valve for Simplified Cooking by Kurt Ferguson

I have a "risotto cooker" but I suspect this part is universal for Kuhn Rikon pressure cookers. My valve seal had hardened and all the vapor escaped, making it almost impossible to pressurize. We had to cut out the old one, but this new one just slides in! Now my stove is building up pressure again. Hooray! I love that KR sells spare parts for their ovens. These things are an investment and seals and plastics can wear out with normal use. I used to only be able to order from the company, but I'm very glad Revain is wearing them now.
