Absolutely perfect.

I ordered a 60x32 oval rainbow swing. The weather in the Pacific Northwest is not too extreme and the swings are mostly shaded during the day. The swing had no flaws or flaws when received. The fabric and stitching are good, the frame is solid. It appears to be well made. Scroll down for updates. I live out of state but will add one when I arrive. I bought this swing for my little nephew. It can be used regardless of age or size. He won't outgrow it and he doesn't have to outgrow it like any other kids/toddler/kids game! Now he can lie in it like a baby and later sit in it at any age. It is big enough to share with other kids and adults can use it too. The height can be increased, the swing does not clutter up the terrace, the yard and does not disturb, if necessary, they are easy to move. I added an inexpensive canopy (info below) which makes the swing look like a teepee. The child is in the shade, my sister-in-law can lie outside and read without the sun shining in her eyes, and the swing itself is protected from sap, bird droppings, sun and inclement weather. This is a good addition. This swing was way more expensive than the others, but the company will send you a free airbag for review and donate a portion of the sale to charity if you go to their website to choose one. . I hope the higher price means better quality and durability, but let's be realistic. Manufacturers can claim anything and promise durability, but it's still a fabric. You must do your part and be mindful of the environment and local wildlife. Fabrics tear faster in very hot, dry, windy, salty and sandy conditions. Especially when exposed to constant, direct sunlight and other elements. Squirrels gnaw, birds peck and pull nest threads. It happens. To prolong the life of the swing, I suggest hanging it in the shade, buying/making a cover (roll-on or canopy), or leaving the swing in the garage during extended downtime and/or inclement weather. Just my five cents. To help you decide if this is right for you I've included photos of the instructions and everything that comes with this swing: frame, foam sleeves, fabric cover, 2 sets of hardware (one extra of course), 2 hanging ropes , 2 tree straps, 2 carabiners, a swivel attachment and a tool (not pictured, oops) you'll need to attach the studs. It was easy and relatively straightforward to assemble. I did it myself and it didn't take long. Assembly tips: It is easy to get wrong with these three points. 1) Before inserting the bent parts of the frame, make sure the ends are properly aligned. The smaller ends of the bent pieces should line up with the larger ends of the side pieces of the frame. 2) Putting the curved part of the frame and the foam into the cover together as 1 piece was painful. First insert the foam sleeve into the lid and then thread the metal frame through. So much easier. 3) Don't forget to insert the screw *through* the velcro straps on the cover (as seen in my photos) before tightening the screws or the tabs will not attach properly. Canopy: I bought a Flexion 66" x 45". " Pendulum awning for sun and/or wind protection. I used a paper clip on top until I could sew on a piece of velcro or a row of ties. It already has velcro loops in places, so I wrapped them around the swing ropes near the handles to hold the sides of the dome in place while the swing moves. The front flaps can be tucked into the ropes to stay open or left hanging for added protection. The canopy isn't the right shape or size, but it was inexpensive, made for the outdoors and works reasonably well. Lรฆgendary should consider making them himself.09/2019 - Swing is 6 months old. The canopy was eventually taken down and never put back on, and the swing hung outside all the time but still looked great. It gets some sun through the trees, but never in direct sunlight. The colors are not faded, the fabric is not damaged. The frame still felt solid and secure, no loose hardware, no visible rust or wear.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Good but not great
