Poor design in meters and scales

It's a good idea (being able to measure a teaspoon of sugar with the push of a button). And it works for a few days. And even these days are of poor quality. Then grains of sugar get into the mechanism and it becomes very difficult to operate the switch. Then a few more days and when I hit the switch it doesn't "twitch" like it used to. Push and push until the end. It breaks off and flies in the other direction. And sometimes there's the skin of my palm. And man it hurts. I'm going to wrap that thing in a towel first. For a few days and in a pile of junk. I ended up getting a hinged lid for a stone jar. It is hermetically sealed. And a small pint glass. Mom gave me a glass. I don't know if they sell them here. But then I got a flip cover. None of their sugar bowls were for me. I had to mix my own with the tools mentioned. i like what i did

Pros

Cons
