Exactly what I needed
Sometimes you have to throw a spare tire behind an SUV and it rubs without a boot. They were easy to install and seem sturdy enough for my purposes. Even when lifted by the handle, they feel stable. Mount my 17" tires with plenty of room but still buckle in tight.
