It allows you to customize my own rules as I see fit instead of having it set by default, also the interface is so simple that even new users can get going with no problems at all. Also since this system runs 24/7, if needed they will be able to handle multiple requests while still keeping track of open issues! Having issues like "Requested" vs actual opened issues, sometimes it doesnt sync properly. We created a dashboard when we needed to monitor open tasks. It’s very helpful that we can connect with our clients from anywhere around world at anytime! The dashboard has become too confusing but I believe they are working hard towards making it easier through their new updates now available as well. Also you cannot customize your own layout so this was not good enough by me either since my team needs simplicity when interacting/communicating directly online using capacity platform while dealing out projects /queries etc..
