Type of review

The most important thing I like from this software are its auto detect features as they can easily detects any technical issue with your computer system which helps me solve many problems at one time by just clicking single button! It also allows user friendly interface so anyone working remotely could effectively navigate through it using mouse & keyboard keys only!! Capacity helps us keep organized & stress free

It allows you to customize my own rules as I see fit instead of having it set by default, also the interface is so simple that even new users can get going with no problems at all. When there are several open tickets i am able to view them side-by-side instead of one big list which makes life easier when trying to look through everything. Also since this system runs 24/7, if needed they will be able to handle multiple requests while still keeping track of open issues! Having issues like…
