The best thing is that you can add new products or customers and keep track of them easily. I cannot comment on the reporting module as we are using a third party reporting software. I wish it had a better reporting feature. I recommend this to every company who needs a good management system. I can see all my orders in one place so I am more organized which is great. I can easily track my sales and keep track of my customers and their orders. I am using this to my landscaping company and can easily add new customers and see their order history. I like the ease of use of this software. The customer service is great. I don't like the fact that you can't have more than one customer on the system at a time. I wish you could have more than one customer on the system at a time. I am able to see all of my customers and their accounts in one place. I can also see all of my projects in one place. I am able to quickly see what my next project is and what my current projects are.
