It is easy to use for small landscapers who have limited staff members. Also it allows you to do time entry in an efficient manner. You can add multiple projects at one time instead of doing them individually like most other scheduling programs. There are some bugs that get fixed quickly but sometimes they take longer than expected. I highly recommend Aspire as we were using another program before switching out to this product and now our team has been able to schedule faster while working more

The best thing is that you can add new products or customers and keep track of them easily. I cannot comment on the reporting module as we are using a third party reporting software. I really like that it is very user friendly and easy to use. There are so many features including estimating which makes it very useful for my landscaping company. I like that we can see everything about our customers right from their profile to payment history in one place. It is very easy for us to manage all of our customer accounts at once. There are some features which need improvement such as time tracking but overall it has been great so far! We have not found any major issue yet.
