I have been working at Aspire for three years now. The customer service is top notch! They are always available to help you get up and running or answer any questions that you may find. Support is also fantastic. There's nothing bad about their products and they've done everything in their power to make sure it works well for us - no matter how difficult/simple your task was. If there were anything negative to be said about this product, I would say the fact that our accounting system has changed from QB to Aspire which makes life more complicated. It's not so much of an issue as it is just time-consuming learning new features each week (or month). We use Aspire mostly because we had heard good things about them from other landscapers who already used their services before.
