I was replacing my bathroom faucet and after removing the old one I found that the existing hole in my granite countertop was too small for the new faucet. I used this 38mm diamond blade to cut out the old hole to enlarge it for the new faucet. It took a good 5 minutes of non-stop drilling to drill all the way through. My best suggestion is to start at an angle until there is a small groove and then straighten the drill bit to drill a full circle. I also splashed water on it to keep the blade from overheating. $8 compared to the $40 it would have cost me to buy the same item at Home Depot!
