Improves the soundbar IF you know how to set it up
To connect it to your soundbar you will need to download the firmware from your computer to USB then plug into the back of the soundbar and follow the online instructions to update it. Then follow the instructions to pair your speakers. It's damn hard, but in the end it makes a big difference. When I figured out how to set them up, I felt like I was in a movie theater.
