Review on 🏃 QUICKPLAY PRO Adjustable Height: 6", 9" + 12" Speed Training Hurdles (Set of 6) - Enhance Speed, Agility & Plyometrics by Kaveen Reyes

I have been a speed and strength coach for 15 years and this is one of the best agility obstacles I have ever used for three main reasons. 1) The fact that you can adjust the height on the fly makes these head and shoulders barriers stand out from the rest. 2) They collapse when stepped on! When you're dealing with top athletes in a group, you inevitably have that competitive nature that causes someone to drive over an obstacle (the immobile ones literally fall and fly through space - no fun in a large group). If/when stepped on they will not break and training can continue. 3) Storage and portability. The area of my object is 2100 square meters. feet and I want to use every inch of it to help athletes get faster and stronger. This is not possible when a bunch of fast "toys/tools” take up (awkwardly) space in the back room or closet at the training ground. The ability to flatten them out completely and pack them away in the included storage bag keeps things simple, clean, and convenient. This also makes it ideal for demonstrations or training courses outside of our facility. As soon as I opened the box and tried them, I immediately went and ordered more!
