Cast iron is better!

I recommend washing, drying and heating the crumbs before seasoning. When heating, a slight unpleasant odor escapes from the cast iron pan. After the smell is gone, I'll season it. I bought a skillet to make homemade tortillas and tortillas. The handle is good and thick.
