I bought two pieces of tanned leather from you. Each piece measures 10 x 12 inches. There were stains on every part. They should have been sent to me in their original condition. There were too many tags and too many for me to use for my needs. I wanted to draw a pattern on each piece of leather. So I had to send them back. You have reordered the item. The replacement product was also damaged. Not as bad as the first order, but still overshadowed. But the position of the marks didn't matter, I applied the design to the product. That's the only reason I didn't return the second order! All of this is totally unacceptable! And at least I deserve an apology.
