Product with many small plastic parts. It's easy to install, but make sure you don't lose anything. It's a thick, durable plastic and the suction is strong. I bought this product because I wanted to separate my zebrafish from my zebrafish when feeding because my zebrafish is too fast and steals all the food. However, given the durability and strength, removing it becomes an interesting challenge. Personally, I only want to put a separator for the time of feeding. I'd rather be able to see my whole aquarium for the rest of the day. However, this is a great product if you want to split a large tank in two for a long period of time or separate an aggressive fish from a fearful one. Because of the durability, it offers some resistance when you want to separate the corner of the tank by bending. The only issue I had was that it is up to you how far or close the edges of the divider are from the glass. . My fish slipped in where the suction cup was, so make sure the divider is snug against the aquarium pane. You can also tailor it to your aquarium, which wasn't too difficult. Overall it worked exactly as advertised and I imagine the thickness of the plastic would make it good for separating big fish. Finally, I think it would be nice to mention that if you have ever seen zebrafish, you know that they are very small; My zebrafish couldn't get through the holes in the separator. However, I'm not sure I would recommend it for frying.
