The partition works well. I cut it out with a paper cutter because it was easier than using scissors. Make sure that there is practically no gap between the edges of the partition and the walls of the aquarium. It's amazing how little space some fish can squeeze through. The partition is nice and clear. The brackets are blurry and visible in the tank, but not overly distracting. I bought this product because I wanted to separate my zebrafish from my zebrafish when feeding because my zebrafish is too fast and steals all the food.
