I wouldn't blame SRAM for the product. This is the Power Lock link. We all seem to have had them at some point, and carrying them around in your bike's emergency kit is a normal thing. I have a new Eagle 12 speed rig so I went with this one. It is advertised as a set of 4 and I only received one from the Trail This seller. Until the actual quantity is determined, I recommend not ordering. I bought the same item from another seller (Worldwide Cyclery) just a month ago and they sent me a full four pack. Just thought I'd buy another pack here as it's a little under retail price and I like to keep some of these in my hydration pack and also on my workbench.
