Great for the siphon of our 10 gallon tropical aquarium.

Ideal for the siphon of our 10 gallon tropical aquarium as well as our 10 gallon frog aquarium. I was surprised that the wide part of the siphon was so long. Personally, I'd prefer it to be about half the length to make it easier to maneuver, but that's all well and good. The narrow tube makes it easy to suck up all debris from rocks and gravel without pulling out too much water at once. (I guess what I'm trying to say is that since the water is slower in the tube, you can pick up more "junk" without running out of water in the tank. I hope that made sense!)
