The drawing book I received with this set was very impressive. It was durable and suitable for my pencil sketches. I'm not sure how they will handle other water-based mediums like watercolors and wet ink pens, but looks like they'll be fine too. Not sure yet as I haven't tried it. Just made pencil and pastels and it worked great. Glad I started drawing again for fun. Thank you for such an affordable product, excellent value for money. Update: Tried the gel pens and art pens used for coloring. It worked great. but one must be careful with plumage and the like. Don't use watercolor. bleeding. but for a dry environment it works fine.
