The collar is made of good materials but if you have a small dog it may not be for you. Yes, the collar fits my dog, but there are many extra collars that I've been told not to "cut". So now my dog has collar marks digging into his neck and I am faced with a choice of whether to look for another collar and not in the right set or my dog is uncomfortable.
