Got this set as a housewarming gift for a friend of mine who recently got a new seat. We immediately opened it up, hand washed it and started using it. (He already knew I was giving him a set) For their price range, these pots and pans have turned out to be a lot sturdier than I expected. The non-stick coating worked well and cooked the food fairly evenly. Yes, these are non-stick pots and pans, so I reminded him not to use them on high heat or heat them empty. But those pots and pans don't contain all the chemicals that make you sick, so I think scratching or breaking them is worth worrying about. It's also good that he came with kitchen utensils because he didn't have anything to use. A solid buy for the price and quantity.
