Review on Moen 2510 Posi Temp Balancing Connections by Trendsetters Hare

After the valve was placed in the upper position on the pipeline, the handle and thermometer were connected, the water pressure was very low. I turned off the main water and removed the cartridge, then turned the main water back on, I had good pressure. Hoping some dirt would come out in the valve, I put the cartridge back into the low pressure valve. I bought and installed another cartridge but to my dismay the pressure is low again. I removed the cartridge while the water was pressurized. I shut off the water supply and reinstalled a new cartridge and low pressure. I tend to think the valve is defective or I'm doing something wrong. Open to any suggestions.
