Ok I read the reviews on this product and was surprised that it does exactly what it is supposed to do. It cuts into wood, it doesn't look like burned wood as the edges aren't burned BUT it works. I rub my pencil into my stamp and stick it into the wood, then use a heat gun to cauterize it, this works every time the wood is sanded down. I recommend this product for its intended use, handyman in North Carolina
