I had problems with my Sram db5 brakes randomly locking up. I was riding trails and my brakes would start to drag, then get worse and eventually lock up where the tires didn't spin when I pushed the bike. After months of troubleshooting, I've found that the plastic piston I'm using is expanding and getting stuck in the brake housing. So if you buy this aluminum piston you will never have a brake problem again! It's also easy to replace, the hardest part was getting the snap ring out of my brake lever.
